Who you're calling

A local crew that treats your driveway like the front of the house — because it is.

305 Pressure Washers is an owner-operated pressure washing business in Miami. We clean driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, fences, houses and storefronts across Miami-Dade County — with commercial equipment and the patience to do the edges by hand.

We're new, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What we can promise is the part people actually complain about: you'll get a straight price, we'll show up when we said we would, and we won't leave a job half-cleaned.

More about us

Pricing

Nobody publishes prices. Here's what actually sets yours.

Two driveways the same size can be an hour apart in work — one has three years of algae in the joints, the other was done last spring. So we quote per property, free, and the number doesn't move after that.

What moves the price

Square footage, how long it's been, what stained it, and how hard it is to get water and a hose to the area.

What doesn't

The day of the week, whether you're home, or how bad it turns out to look once we get there. The quote is the quote.

Booking two or more

Driveway plus walkway, or a house wash plus the driveway, always costs less than booking them separately. Ask when you call.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them needs you.

  1. Send a photo

Text or upload a picture of the driveway, patio or wall. It takes ten seconds and it saves a site visit.

  2. Get a real number

We come back with a flat price for the job — not a per-square-foot range you have to do math on.

  3. Pick a day

You don't need to be home. We only need a working outside spigot and access to the areas we're cleaning.

  4. See it before you pay

We send finish photos. If something got missed, we're still close enough to come back that day.

Why us

The difference is what happens at the edges.

Anyone can run a wand down the middle of a slab. The parts people notice are the border by the grass, the joint at the garage, and whether the pressure was right for the surface in the first place.

The standard

If it isn't clean enough for our own driveway, we don't call it done.

  • Free estimates, flat pricing

You get one number for the whole job before we start. It doesn't move because the concrete turned out worse than the photo.

  • The right pressure for the surface

Commercial surface cleaner on concrete. Soft wash on stucco, paint, pool decks and fences. Using one setting for everything is how surfaces get ruined.

  • We answer, and we show up

Quotes come back same day. If we're running behind on the day, you hear about it before the window, not after.

  • Safe around your plants and pool

Landscaping gets saturated before and after. Nothing goes in the pool. The detergents break down instead of sitting in your yard.

No reviews yet — on purpose

We just opened. So here's what we'll put in writing instead.

Anybody can buy five-star reviews. Until real customers leave real ones, this page holds the promises we'll be judged on.

  • 01

We show up when we said

If we're running late you get a text before the window, not after it.

  • 02

The number we quote is the number you pay

No day-of upcharge because the concrete turned out dirtier than it looked.

  • 03

    Not happy? We come back

Say so before we leave or call the same day, and we re-clean the area free.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

Still stuck on something? Call (786) 761-2013 Mon–Sat 8–6.

How much does it cost?

It depends on square footage and how bad the staining is, so we quote per property rather than off a price list. Most single-family driveways and walkways land in a range we can give you over the phone once we see a photo. The estimate is free and there's no pressure attached to it.

Do I need to be home?

No. If we can reach a water spigot and the areas we're cleaning, you can be at work the whole time. We'll text you photos when we finish and you can pay after you've seen them.

Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?

It will if it's done wrong. Stucco, painted siding, Kool Deck and older pavers all need low pressure and the right detergent, not a wand cranked to maximum. We soft wash anything that can't take pressure and save the high-PSI equipment for concrete.

Do you use my water?

Yes — we hook up to an outside spigot, which is standard for the trade. A typical residential job uses roughly what a couple of loads of laundry would. If your spigot is broken or shut off, let us know ahead of time.

Is it safe for plants and pets?

The detergents we use break down and we saturate landscaping before and after so nothing sits concentrated on a root. Keep pets inside while we're running equipment, mostly because it's loud.

How long does a job take?

A driveway and front walkway is usually two to three hours. A full house wash with the driveway runs most of a day. We'll give you a real window when we quote, and we'll tell you if we're running late.
